Yes. The online resume service is free to use for now. Human services such as cover letters and selection criteria are arranged by enquiry, and anything with a cost is agreed with you in writing first.

Do I need a resume to start?

No. You can upload an old resume, write your details in your own words, or both. The more you tell us, the better the draft.

Is AI involved?

Where does my information go?

Your files may be processed by an AI provider outside Australia to produce the draft. Downloads are available for 14 days and everything is deleted within 30 days.
