Give your learners a head start on work.
The job readiness kit gives each learner a resume tool, interview practice with clear feedback and a guide for people new to Australia, under your own name, logo and colour. Ask us about licences.
Made for the people you already help
Anyone who supports people into work can offer the kit.
Training providers
Give students a practical next step before and after their course.
Schools
Help senior students write a first resume and practise their first interview.
Employment services
Support job seekers between appointments, at their own pace.
Community organisations
Help people new to Australia take their first steps into work.
What your learners get
Practical tools they can use on a phone or a computer, in class or at home, at their own pace.
Everything is written only from what each learner provides. Nothing invents experience, and nothing promises an interview or a job.
Your resume
Upload an old resume or simply tell us what you have done, at work, in study or as a volunteer. You get back a polished, ATS friendly resume in Word and PDF by private link.
Interview practice
Pick the job you want, or paste a job ad. You get realistic questions, answer them by typing or speaking, and get specific feedback with a stronger version of each answer built from your own words.
New to Australia
A short guide to working in Australia: how hiring works, interviews, resumes, qualification recognition, local experience and workplace culture, with links to Career Calling New to Australia.
How licence codes work
One code for your organisation. No learner accounts to manage.
Talk to us
Tell us about your learners and how you would like to use the kit. Ask us about licences.
We issue your code
Your licence code comes with an agreed number of seats and an end date, and shows your name, logo and colour to your learners.
Share the code
Give the code to your learners in class, by email or in your learning system. A seat is used when a learner first opens the kit with it.
Ask for a usage summary
We can tell you how many seats are in use and how many resumes and practice sessions were started. Learner content is never shared.
Your name on the kit
When a learner opens the kit with your code, they see your name, your logo and your colour, with a short welcome from you.
- Your organisation name and logo
- Your brand colour on the kit, darkened automatically where needed so text stays readable
- A welcome message for your learners
Privacy and honesty
- Drafts and feedback are written with AI assistance and checked automatically
- Learner information may be processed by an AI provider outside Australia, and learners agree to this before they start
- Private links work for 14 days; everything is deleted within 30 days
- You can ask for a usage summary; learner content stays private
- The kit is practice and preparation, not an assessment of competency

Provider questions
Still unsure? Call 1800 266 160 and a person will talk it through.
What does a licence cost?
Ask us about licences. We agree the scope and terms with you in writing before any code is issued.
What is a seat?
One learner using the kit on one device. A seat is used the first time a learner opens the kit with your code; coming back on the same device does not use another one. If a learner changes devices, ask us and we can help.
Can we pause a code or change the number of seats?
Yes. Ask us and we can pause a code, add seats or change the end date.
Do learners need accounts or email addresses?
Learners do not need an account. The resume tool asks for an email address so it can send the finished files; interview practice does not ask for one.
Will you show us our learners’ work?
No. You can ask for a usage summary (seats in use, resumes and practice sessions started). Documents, answers and feedback stay private to each learner.
Does the kit decide whether a learner is job ready?
No. It is a set of practice and preparation tools. It does not assess competency and does not replace your own assessment or support.
