Files and limits
The form checks these before anything is sent, and uploads are scanned for viruses when they arrive.

What file types can I upload?
Your resume can be PDF, Word (.docx) or plain text (.txt). Supporting documents can also be PNG or JPG images. Each file can be up to 5 MB, with up to five supporting documents.
Do you read images?
Images such as certificates are listed by their file name so the writer knows they exist; their contents are not read. If a certificate matters, type its name in your details too.
Can I save and come back?
Yes. Your typed answers are saved on this device as you go. Files are not saved, so add them again when you return.
How long does it take?
It depends on how many requests are waiting. The status page updates on its own, and we email you the moment it is ready.
Can a person check it?
Yes. Call 1800 266 160 with your reference and ask for a human review.
What if something is wrong?
Edit the Word version yourself, or call us with your reference. If a draft fails, we will let you know and you can call for help.
