What is in your kit
Each tool works on its own, on a phone or a computer. Your work is private to you.
-
Your resume
Upload an old resume or simply tell us what you have done, at work, in study or as a volunteer. You get back a polished, ATS friendly resume in Word and PDF by private link.
- Built only from what you tell us
- Word to edit, PDF to send
- Deleted within 30 days
-
Interview practice
Pick the job you want, or paste a job ad. You get realistic questions, answer them by typing or speaking, and get specific feedback with a stronger version of each answer built from your own words.
- Behavioural and role questions
- Feedback on structure, relevance, evidence, clarity and length
- Type or speak your answers
-
New to Australia
A short guide to working in Australia: how hiring works, interviews, resumes, qualification recognition, local experience and workplace culture, with links to Career Calling New to Australia.
- Plain guides, no jargon
- Official sources linked
- No migration advice
How the kit works
No account and no password. Your code opens the kit on this device.
Get your code
Your training provider, school or employment service gives you a kit code. It looks like CCK-7F3K-2Q9M.
Open the kit
Enter the code here once. This device remembers it, so next time the kit opens straight away.
Use the tools
Start your resume and practise interviews at your own pace. Come back as often as you like while your code is active.
Ask a person
Stuck, or want someone to look over your work? Call 1800 266 160 and a person will help.
Honest by design
Every tool in the kit works only with what you give it. It never adds an employer, a number or a result you did not mention, and it never promises an interview or a job.
- Drafts and feedback are written with AI assistance and checked automatically
- Your information may be processed by an AI provider outside Australia
- Private links work for 14 days; everything is deleted within 30 days
- Your provider never sees your documents, answers or feedback
Kit questions
Still unsure? Call 1800 266 160 and a person will talk it through.
Where do I get a kit code?
From the organisation that is helping you get ready for work, such as your training provider, school or employment service. If you are not sure, ask your trainer or case worker.
Do I need an account?
No. You enter the code once and this device remembers it. Your private links to your resume and practice sessions work for 14 days.
Can my provider see my answers or my resume?
No. Your provider can ask us how many seats on their code are in use and how many resumes and practice sessions were started. Your documents, answers and feedback are not shared with them.
Is the feedback written by a person?
Feedback is written with AI assistance and checked automatically against a clear rubric, or comes from our automatic checklist. It is practice, not a judgement of you. A person can talk it through with you if you call 1800 266 160.
Does a good score mean I will get the job?
No. Practice helps you prepare and feel more confident, but no tool can promise an interview or a job. Every employer decides for themselves.
