How the draft is written
Your resume is drafted with AI assistance. A program reads what you sent, asks an AI model to organise and rephrase it into a resume, and then checks the result automatically before building the Word and PDF files.
The writer is instructed to use only what you gave us. It must not invent employers, dates, qualifications, numbers or achievements. Where a number would help but you did not provide one, it is left out rather than guessed.
The finished files carry your name only. They do not mention AI, models or tools.
Where your information is processed
To produce the draft, the text of your details and documents may be sent to an AI provider whose systems are outside Australia, and that provider handles it under its own terms. Please leave out anything a resume does not need.
If you would rather your information stayed in Australia, do not use the online form. Call 1800 266 160 and ask about a human service instead.
How long we keep it
Your private download link works for 14 days after your resume is ready.
After that, the finished files and your uploads are deleted. Any request older than 30 days is deleted entirely, including the details you typed.
Answers you type into the form are saved in your own browser while you work, so you can come back. They are cleared when you send the form, or you can clear them yourself.
Automatic checks
Uploads are scanned for viruses before they are accepted. Drafts are checked for structure and for content that should not be there before files are built.
The form limits how often it can be used from one connection, to keep the service available for everyone.
Asking for a person
A person can review your resume if you ask. Call 1800 266 160 with your reference (it looks like CCR-7F3K2Q) or email info@caqa.com.au.
You can also ask us to delete your request early, at any time, the same way.
Your choices
Only upload documents you are comfortable sharing, and remove details such as tax file numbers, bank details or health information that a resume does not need.
