StructureFor "tell me about a time" questions: situation, task, action, result (STAR). For questions about the role: a direct answer, an example, a link back to the job.
RelevanceAnswers the exact question that was asked, for the job you want.
EvidenceSpecific, true detail about what you did yourself: an example, a number, a tool or a result.
ClarityPlain sentences that are easy to follow when spoken, without filler words.
LengthLong enough to cover the points, short enough to keep the main point clear: about one to two minutes spoken.
